Hello there!! It's been a while, yes. So happy today sharing with you my card for Day 1 of our 12 in 12 Christmas Cards. Last year I did this with my very good friend Teri Anderson. We enjoyed it so much we are doing it again, but on a smaller scale. Without further ado, today's card:
If you haven't been already, head on over to Teri's blog to catch her yumminess!! See you tomorrow!
Well today we are honoring a great and wonderful woman whom I love dearly. Cath Edvalson. She sent me my first publication acceptance email back in 2006 for Paper Crafts Magazine. I will never forget it. She made my day!! Over the next 7 years she continued to do that. I have been able to meet her, have breakfast with her, interview her and just love her and for that I am extremely grateful. Cath, please know that I will miss you dearly and that I am better for knowing you! So in Moxie Fab style, I am sharing a card that is one of my absloute favorites ever. I made this for a Moxie Fab World Tuesday Trigger back in 2011.
Now don't forget to leave a comment on each one to increase your chances of winning a $25 gift card from Technique Tuesday! They will anounce the winner on the Technique Tuesday blog on the 15th! Good luck!
I have to say this is one of my favorite decor projects EVER!! I love decorating for Halloween. Not the crazy scary stuff. No blood and guts in this house. I tend to go on the cute and classy look. So after much thought and stress and needing the perfect touches, I finally ended up with this:
Sorry for the crooked photo. I took it with my iPhone. Anywho, it just makes me happy every time I see it. Ahh...
Good morning to you!! This post is particularly close to my heart. Why? Well let me tell you. I have long been a Creating Keepsakes magazine fan. Long time. From the start, long time. So you can imagine my crazy excitedness when they requested one of my layouts for the first time last year. I was elated. That feeling did not change when they accepted another one of my layouts for this special Mixed Media Vol. 2 issue. I did not know then that this would be one of the last issues produced for Creating Keepsakes. So this is a bitter sweet thing for me. Here is a sneek of my layout:
Not only was I excited to be in this issue, it is a pleasure to share it with great designers! A few of us joined together for this hop to share our love for the issue. It truly is a great one!! Packed full of great techniques and lovelies! Be sure to stop by these uber talented ladies and leave them some love!
